The firm GUADAMUZ RUEDA MARTÍNEZ & CÍA. LTDA., Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, with a history of more than 20 years, is a professional services firm specializing in auditing and accounting review, legal-accounting advice and consulting, tax and financial advice, human resources, organization and new technologies consulting. It has a team of multidisciplinary and multilingual professionals and partners that combine a vocation of customer service and international vision. Since 2014 we are representatives and members of HLB International in the Republic of Nicaragua. We therefore belong to a Network of Independent Firms with a worldwide presence, composed of expert accountants and consultants. The members of the organization are leading firms in their respective countries and provide a wide range of services, especially in the international field, with a common denominator: personalized service and top quality, considering each organization to be audited as a very important client for our firm.
We are the representative firm of HLB International in the Republic of Nicaragua. HLB International is member of the Forum of firms of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), and focuses on quality and personalized service. As member of HLBI, our firm has access to all resources worldwide and the duty to comply with all professional standards and quality controls stablished by it, as well as the proper training of all its professional staff in prestigious study centers and local and international universities.
Besides of the partner and legal representative, our organization is made up of: audit supervisors (Certified Public accountant), senior auditors (Certified Public accountant) and assistants with extensive experience in accounting and auditing which guarantees qualified professionals to provide the services required as an independent public accountants firm, as well as other specialists: Computing, tax and legal advisors and others depending on the service requested, such as: Actuaries, civil engineers, economists, among others.
